Terms of Service
iDock — Effective Date: 30 September 2026
By downloading, installing, or using iDock, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Service
iDock is for personal Apple devices and other USB-C video devices. It opens web apps, portal shortcuts, web search, and calendars on your device. History, cookie settings, shortcuts, and appearance are configuration for your own device.
2. Your Accounts and Third-Party Services
You are responsible for the accounts you sign into inside iDock and for the sites, searches, and actions you take there. The services you open have their own terms and privacy policies. iDock is not affiliated with those services.
You must comply with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party service you use through iDock.
3. Calendar Access
Calendar features depend on the permission you grant in the operating system. iDock can read and change events only on calendars the system allows. You are responsible for edits you make to those calendars. You can revoke Calendar access at any time in system settings.
4. Intellectual Property
The iDock name, design, interface, and software are the intellectual property of AlexisWorks (or its licensors). You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or rebrand the software except where applicable law expressly allows.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
iDock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlexisWorks and the developers of iDock shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the application, including changes you make through the app, network failures, or third-party service behavior.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date above will change when material updates are published.
